		<description>I find that I have to eat in the evening because of my low blood sugar and will not sleep or get nightmares if I do not have a snack in the evenings. To make this as healthy as possible I tend to have a cooked meal about 5pm. Then I exercise at about 7pm and have a low fat snack at about 8-9pm.</description>
